BKPNY presents "A FAMILY AFFAIR 2": Book Drive And Afternoon Of Fun For Kids And Their Grown-Ups

From 11 am to 5 pm, BKPNY volunteers will be accepting used and new children's book donations to send to its partner community libraries in the Philippines. Come and donate your old or new children's books and join the fun activities for the whole family. There will be face painting, bookmark-making, bracelet weaving, cupcake decorating, and book readings. Beneficiaries for this book collection include Philippines community libraries in Quezon City, Novaliches, Cabuyao, Laguna and Mindanao. Cash donation towards a BKP matching program are also welcome. The event is part of the IV Annual Multilingual New York Book Fair Expo, which celebrates this year, the richness and diversity of the languages of New York.
